Background

Central Florida Underground, Inc. was incorporated in 1967 by D.A. Foster as a subsidiary of Potomac Industry, D.A. Foster Trenching Inc. of Fairfax, Va. with the intention of getting involved in the construction of gas mains for Florida gas Company.

As time evolved the company which was located in Winter Park, Florida started to bid work for the local municipalities and Southern Bell. In 1986 the company relocated to its current facility in Altamonte Springs which consists of a 7200 sq ft building and two acres of property.
