HISTORY:

Central Florida Underground, Inc. was incorporated in the State of Florida in 1967 by Mr. D.A. Foster as a subsidiary of Potomac Industry, D.A. Foster Trenching, Inc. of Fairfax, Virginia. Mr. Foster's intention was that of getting involved in the construction of gas mains for the Florida Gas Company. Winter Park was the original location for Central Florida Underground, Inc. and as the company evolved, we started to bid work for the local municipalities and Southern Bell. In 1986, the company relocated to the current facility here in Altamonte Springs. Currently, the facility consists of a 7,200 square foot office and on site vehicle maintenance shop occupying approximately two acres of property.

TODAY:

Central Florida Underground, Inc. has been able to obtain and also retain a core of employees that are dedicated to their jobs and this dedication has helped us to maintain our many local clients and vendors throughout the years. Each of our foremen has built a reputation with our clients which gives testament to our company's motto "Committed to Quality". We are proud to acknowledge the following long term employees:

SAFETY:

Safety is of key importance with the company and all of our employees. We have a complete safety program in force, part of which entails safety meetings which are mandatory and Tool Box talks for all five days of the week taken to the jobe site by each Foreman. A incentive drawing is also held each month, providing there are no injuries or accidents of record for that month.
